Code of Conduct

Last updated: 12-Jan-2026

Purpose and Commitment
Harbour City Pro-Wrestling (“HCPW”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all individuals who visit our website or attend our events. This Code of Conduct outlines the behavioural standards expected of fans, patrons, performers, staff, contractors, volunteers, and online participants. The Whistleblower Policy included provides a mechanism for reporting misconduct, breaches of law, or unethical behaviour safely and confidentially.

Scope of This Code
This Code of Conduct applies to all interactions with Harbour City Pro-Wrestling, including use of the website, social media interactions, ticket purchases, merchandise transactions, and attendance at live events. All patrons, performers, staff, and volunteers are expected to adhere to these standards regardless of location or medium.

Respectful Behaviour
All individuals must treat others with courtesy, dignity, and respect. Disruptive, aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour is not acceptable in any context. This includes interactions with other patrons, performers, officials, staff, and volunteers both online and in person.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Discrimination
Harbour City Pro-Wrestling maintains zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, abuse, or discrimination on any grounds, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, religion, or disability. Harassment or discriminatory behaviour, including hate speech, slurs, threats, or demeaning comments, will not be tolerated at events or online.

Safety and Physical Conduct
Physical safety is paramount. Patrons must not engage in violent behaviour, threats of violence, unwanted physical contact, or interference with performers, staff, or other attendees. Restricted areas such as the ring, backstage, or technical zones must not be accessed without authorisation. HCPW reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

Alcohol, Drugs, and Intoxication
Attendees must comply with all relevant laws and venue policies regarding alcohol and drug use. Excessive intoxication, illegal substance possession, or conduct that places others at risk will result in removal from the venue. HCPW reserves the right to refuse entry or service to individuals whose behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

Online Conduct
When engaging with Harbour City Pro-Wrestling online, including through the website, social media, or email communication, individuals are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. Online harassment, abusive language, hate speech, impersonation, spamming, or sharing harmful content is prohibited. HCPW reserves the right to moderate or remove content and restrict access for breaches of this Code.

Photography, Filming, and Recording
Personal photography and video recording for private use may be allowed, subject to venue and HCPW rules. Professional recording, commercial use, or behaviour that interferes with performers or other patrons is prohibited without prior approval. Attendees must comply with instructions from HCPW or venue staff regarding recording.

Compliance with Staff and Venue Rules
All patrons must follow lawful instructions from HCPW staff, security personnel, venue staff, and officials. Non-compliance or violation of venue rules may result in removal from events without refund.

Protection of Minors
HCPW is committed to providing a safe environment for children and young people. Any behaviour that endangers, exploits, or targets minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors under their care at events.

Reporting Concerns and Misconduct
If you witness or experience behaviour that breaches this Code of Conduct, you are encouraged to report it to HCPW staff at events or via our official contact channels. Reports of misconduct, safety concerns, harassment, or unethical behaviour will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately.

Consequences of Breaches
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, removal from events without refund, bans from future events, restriction of website access, or referral to law enforcement where necessary. HCPW reserves the right to take action it deems appropriate to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Whistleblower Policy
Harbour City Pro-Wrestling is committed to supporting individuals who report misconduct, unethical behaviour, breaches of law, or significant risks to health and safety. Whistleblowers are encouraged to report concerns in good faith, knowing that they will not be subject to retaliation or discrimination for making a genuine report. Reports may be made confidentially to HCPW management via email or other official channels listed below. HCPW will investigate all reports impartially and, where appropriate, implement corrective or disciplinary measures. The identity of the whistleblower will be protected to the extent permitted by law, and the reporter will be informed of the outcome where possible.

Relationship to Other Policies
This Code of Conduct should be read in conjunction with HCPW’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and event-specific rules. Where conflicts arise, the stricter standard will generally apply to protect the safety, wellbeing, and rights of patrons and staff.

Updates to This Code
HCPW may update this Code of Conduct and Whistleblower Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal obligations, community standards, or operational practices. The current version will be published on our website and will take effect from the date shown above.
